The Civic Center

The geometry was based on amalgamating the three urban fabrics: The modern grid in some parts of Karachi, the organic fabric of the low-mid income residential districts and the linear formation that dominates most of the modern city fabrics. Such fusion expressed itself in a modern three dimensional organic-linear formations that established a strong civic urban hub where people live, work, shop and entertain.
